If you can’t wait for the next instalment of dragons, white walkers and blood thirsty battles, then bring Game Of Thrones to life in your own home.
I love all things Halloween, and Game Of Thrones, so there was an obvious theme to go with for pumpkin carving this year. Here’s our Land of Ice and Fire creations.
These enchanting designs were made by drawing a basic outline and using whatever kitchen equipment we could find to cut, scrape, poke and shave our mystical beasts to life. (You can definitely do pumpkin carving on a budget.)
I, personally, use liquid eyeliner to draw the outline. If you make a mess, wipe the pumpkin with a face wipe and voilà, like makeup after a night out, your pumpkin will be fresh faced and ready to go.
Add a candle or two and it’s time to display. I chose apple and cinnamon scented candles, so, as October draws to a close, it already smells like Christmas in our house!
Have you carved any unusual pumpkins this year?
